About last week….I’ve been back on the mainland for 48 hours and have loved having a proper shower and a bed to sleep in.

I’m finding the words to fully describe the incredible experience and beautiful island, so for now here’s a preview…..

      Yes that’s where we spent the nights, two volunteers with me, and three members of staff from CONANP who we were there to assist

    However old would that big conch have been? So beautiful.
    And the size of that alligator! Glad you were in a hammock!

      They really are beautiful, some of them were like the most vivid sunset! It’s hard to tell because if they are in water with a strong current the shell gets thicker more quickly to weigh them down.

        We found a croc asleep under a palafito, she was about 3 meters long!
