Abi's Deep Dive

It’s lunch time and I am sitting in a beach bar with a margarita!!

I got up when I would normally leave for work, tidied for a little bit, then did a work out. Apart from diving and swimming it’s only the second since I’ve been here so I’m expecting to hurt tomorrow!

My plan today is to go for a snorkel, read my book in the sun to dry off and then go to an incredible book shop that was recommended to me by Scarlett a volunteer here. I popped in and confirmed that there were some lovely things I would like to buy to decorate my room, they have second hand and new books, local art and craft, and they take Apple Pay!! I didn’t want to bring shopping to the beach so will head back after a swim.

Tonight I’m going out for dinner to a place I visited last year. One of the staff I live with is vegan and one is lactose intolerant and flexitarian so Maria and I are going to try the volcanic cheese bowls with Scarlett (team turtle) as she leaves tomorrow. We will miss her so much!!
